Location was close to everything. Easy to navigate to and staff was excellent. Can't wait to come back.
I didn't know about the WiFi but the fact I had to pay for it was not what I was expecting.

The room was newly renovated and since it had down pillows I slept like a baby. The beds were comfortable and I had central heating, pay TV and a laptop-size safe. Location: the hotel was near Dallas and Market Hall.

We absolutely loved our stay! The atmosphere was very comfortable and the workers were friendly!!!
Parking was expensive. The parking sucked big time!!! It was hard to find parking at night! It should be free and breakfast should be included with the prices of the rooms!

The hotel parking situation is not ideal. It should be included in the room rate. Room key did not work while attempting to park.

The heated (heated) pool was cold and we could not swim. The outdoor heated pool was the main reason we booked this location. Very disappointing
